3. Quotes and Estimates

• Quotes provided through this website, by phone or by email are indicative until we have inspected the roof or property.
• A written quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Accepting a quote creates a contract only when we confirm the booking in writing or by phone.

4. Our Work and Guarantees

All work is carried out with reasonable skill and care by our roofing team. Any workmanship guarantee we provide applies only to work we have carried out and is void if third parties alter or repair that work. Material guarantees are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms. Where asbestos removal is involved, it is performed in accordance with applicable UK regulations.

5. Payment

Payment terms (deposits, stage payments and final balance) are agreed with you before work begins, as set out in your written quote. Late payment may delay work and, where reasonably incurred, recovery costs may be charged.

6. Liability

We hold appropriate public liability insurance and are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence, up to the limits of that insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from pre-existing defects, work done by others, or failure to maintain work we have completed. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked job at any time before work starts. If you cancel after materials have been ordered or work has begun, we may charge reasonably for costs already incurred. Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations are not affected.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
